By accessing or using DSP Hero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

DSP Hero provides a software platform designed to assist Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) with operational management, driver scheduling, route optimization, and performance tracking.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

DSP Hero offers monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of any third party
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by DSP Hero and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSP Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
